NVQs

NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) are work-related, competence-based qualifications which reflect the core skills and knowledge required to do a job. The training is mainly on the job and NVQ assessment recognises an individual's performance at work with a nationally recognised qualification.

Designed to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes managers need to perform more effectively in an organisational environment, the Management NVQ is a level 3 qualification combining work-based competency assessment with online courses that provide any underpinning knowledge required.
