What courses are on offer?
Team leading diploma – Level 2This qualification is delivered entirely in the workplace, meaning your staff are assessed on the essential skills and knowledge they need to do their job well. On average it will take six months to complete.
Team leading programmeOur programme is delivered in the workplace and features selected units taken from the Leadership and Management Diploma qualification. It acts as a great introduction for your staff to gain the skills they require to succeed in their job, and takes around three months to complete. Your staff then have the option to progress onto our full diploma.
Team leading packagesThese packages feature a combination of online and classroom based learning, making them flexible for your business. Your staff will benefit from dedicated tutor support to guide them through their learning. These are a great way to develop the skills of your staff who are perhaps newer to the business.
Coaching and mentoring packagesThese packages bring together training which covers a range of coaching and mentoring skills and can be adapted to meet the needs of your business. They are delivered online, meaning your employees can fit learning around work and home life.
Leadership and management packagesThese packages have been created to equip your staff with the skills, experience and understanding they need to deliver for your business. They feature a range of leadership and management training options and can be adapted to meet the needs of your business.
