    What are the business benefits?

Many employers across the UK, drawn from a range of sectors, are reporting that skills shortages in their workforce are affecting the productivity of their business. Forward-thinking employers are addressing this problem by investing in training and development to attract and retain the staff they need to thrive.

Providing opportunities for staff to develop their knowledge, skills and resources makes good business sense – and not just for filling a skills gap. Quality employer support increases employee engagement, motivation and job satisfaction, and plays a key role in talent retention.

    Funding

Our training is fully funded** so there’s no cost to you or your employees. We’ll work closely with you to help you understand the funding and course options available to you and your staff.

    Progression

Once your staff have completed their course, learning doesn’t have to stop there – we can support them in progressing their career within your business. We offer a wide range of courses including higher level professional qualifications and Apprenticeships to provide career progression pathways for your staff.
