Work-based learning

Get the core skills your business needs with our NVQs  and Skills Support for the Workforce training.

Business benefits of vocational training

Vocational training offers many practical advantages over traditional programmes.

  • It’s conducted in the workplace with no need for day release or evening classes; staff spend minimal time away from the workplace and learn through experience.
  • Training is integrated directly into your employee’s job role ensuring that they’re immediately able to put their new skills into practice.
  • The flexible nature of vocational training accommodates part-time and irregular working hours to fit the pattern of your business – we will visit staff where and when it’s convenient for you.
  • We’ll design tailored training programmes to fit the individual needs of your business and employees.

We have a national account team which is dedicated to working in partnership with the UK’s leading national and large regional employers to implement vocational qualifications with proven business benefits.
