With the general election just around the corner, this event, hosted by David Way, former CEO of the National Apprenticeship Service will look at the skills and employment issues facing the UK, and the Birmingham area in particular. David will be joined by our Regional Sales Manager, Kay Garbett and Jassy Jagpal from Greggs. Topics we’ll cover include what needs to be done to:

  • tackle youth unemployment
  • improve the population’s maths and English skills
  • provide more opportunities for the long term unemployed to gain vital work experience
